Anonymous asked: This may seem harsh, but you will NEVER be at your peak of beauty until you get that toned body. You will not know how beautiful you truly are until you have the complete package of a pretty face and a pretty body. Right now you are wasting your youth being bigger than you should be, you are wasting the peak of your life and not seeing your true physical beauty potential. SO GET IN THE GYM! <3 I love you and I love your blog.

this actually reallly helped me so thank youuu!

Anonymous asked: Hi. please help me! firstly, im so glad that you have the option to let me ask anonymously! secondly, heres the deal. im around 5'8, and ive always always been the curvy/fat one out of my family friends. my heighest weight was around 11.5 stone (im sorry i dont do lbs like you), my target is 8.5. im currently on 9.12. for my initial weight loss i was on the atkins diet, but now i feel helpless and down cause everythings going so slow..i dont know what to do anymore. my hips are still fat :(

awh i’m sorry! but don’t get discouraged, everyone plateaus. just stick with it and you’ll get over the plateau. you could also try reducing you’re caloric intake slightly or amping up your workout. but don’t go overboard! don’t go below your recommended calorie intake and don’t push yourself harder than you can go in a workout. good luck and don’t give up!
